How to Reach the Editorial Team

Got a correction, a question, a press request, or a privacy enquiry? You’re in the right place. This page sets out the right channel for each kind of message and what to expect from us in response.

Read this first if you have a missed pickup, a Re-turn issue, or a service complaint

If your kerbside collection was missed, your bin needs replacement, your Re-turn machine wouldn't accept your container, you have a service complaint, or you need to book a bulky-item pickup, contact your kerbside collector, your local authority, or Re-turn directly. recyclingcentreireland.org/ is an editorial guide, not a service-resolution body. We cannot dispatch trucks or fix machines. See the routing table at the bottom of this page.

How We Operate

recyclingcentreireland.org/ is a digital-only publication. We don't have a physical office open to the public, do not accept walk-in visitors, and do not publish a postal address for general correspondence. Email is the way to reach us.

What We Won’t Engage With

  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing messages — these are not acted on and may be reported to authorities
  • Messages targeting specific council staff, kerbside-collection workers, scheme-operator staff, or community members for harassment
  • Bulk SEO outreach, link-insertion requests, and “guest post” pitches that aren’t relevant to Irish municipal waste
  • Requests to remove factual statements about a council, scheme operator, or agency that are accurate and properly sourced
  • Service complaints — we don’t dispatch trucks; that’s the kerbside collector’s or council’s job
  • Producer-side EPR-compliance consulting requests — those need a qualified Irish environmental solicitor or compliance consultant
  • Re-turn refund requests — those go to Re-turn directly
  • Generic marketing emails, sales pitches, and unsolicited proposals not specific to our work
